Anthill CKD programmes
Our programs are built on a highly interactive framework of empowering people through creative exercises, encouraging learning and collaboration through playfulness and storytelling.
The power of laughter and story in both life and organisations is well documented. Research has found when workgroups actively engage in the innovation process, those that laugh most readily and often are more creative and productive than their more humorless counterparts.
Learning while laughing significantly increases the retention of important concepts. Research has also shown that humans retain information better when it is presented in the form of a story. We use both of these concepts to revitalize organizations and teams.
The Anthill team is highly creative and adaptable. In addition to the programs we offer, we can develop a program in consultation with you which utilises a combination of creativity and storytelling to achieve your goals.
